BIOGRAPHY
Born on March 4, 1972 in Tartu to a military family.
Has two higher educations. In 1993, after graduating from Tartu State University, he received a diploma in sports medicine. In 1999, he graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Theatre Arts. He starred in a number of Russian films: "Brother", "Peculiarities of National Fishing", "Streets of Broken Lights", "Deadly Force", "Agent of National Security", "Baron", "Line of Fate", "Bitter" and others.
Since 2000, he has headed the Avto-Lada company (now the Union of Automobile Transport Enterprises "Avto-Alliance" (Pskov).
General Director of the Avto-Lada Trading House (now the President of the Union of Automobile Transport Enterprises "Avto-Alliance" (Pskov), President of the Football Federation of the Pskov Region.
He is involved in a lot of public and charitable activities.
Since 2001, he has been a diploma holder of the fund for supporting veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, special forces and special services. In 2002, he was awarded the title of "Master of Mercy and Charity". A. Sevastyanov is the president of the football club "747" (Pskov).
In November 2006, Alexey Sevastyanov won the elections and became the president of the Pskov Region Football Federation.
In 2005, Alexey Anatolyevich Sevastyanov was awarded the "Honorary Badge for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports of the Russian Federation. In 2007, he was awarded the RFU award for the development of regional football.
